Any project must start with a plan. In California, the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) dictates the process that must be followed to implement a land plan. Cornerstone has been providing our clients with land planning services and CEQA processing for over 30 years.

Our professional staff can assist you with CEQA processing throughout the state of California. We have managed complex Environmental Impact Reports (EIR’s) and simple Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND’s). Project entitlements can sometimes be more difficult than the engineering or surveying services.
